Free tow (up to $100) with a $750+ repair at a partner shop

Your first tow to a partner shop can be free. Request the tow in the Roadside app, have the repair done at an in-network partner shop, and when the repair order is $750 or more before tax, we cover up to the first $100 of a standard tow. One free tow per customer, and no VIP membership is needed.

How it works:
1. Open the Roadside Emergency Management App at convini.live in your phone's browser. There is nothing to download.
2. Share your location, choose an in-network partner shop as the destination, and acknowledge the free-tow offer.
3. We tow it to the shop: up to 5 miles, inside the I-270 loop or within 5 miles of the shop.
4. Repair order of $750 or more before tax: we cover up to the first $100 of the tow.

The fine print: small and medium-size cars only; large work units are excluded. Tows requested by phone, repairs under $750 before tax, tows to a shop outside the network, or tows longer than 5 miles are billed at our standard published rate. Extra equipment or special loading time above the $100 is paid by the customer, and dispatch tells you before the truck hooks up. Repairs are done by independent partner shops: the Alpha Automotive network across Columbus, Powell, Westerville and Hilliard, plus Arrow Transmissions & Automotive on Harrisburg Pike.
